The XIAO RA4M1 is a small development board based on the 32-bit Renesas RA4M1 microcontroller (as seen on the popular Arduino UNO R4) ,making it perfect for compact projects.
Powered by the ARM® Cortex®-M4 MCU with FPU, it operates at up to 48 MHz, and comes with 256 KB of Flash memory and 32 KB of SRAM, providing enough resources for a wide range of projects.
This board has a 14-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, CAN BUS, USB 2.0, and an RGB LED, allowing you to handle both basic and complex tasks. The expanded 19 GPIOs, including 8 new IO pins on the back, provide additional flexibility for more complex projects compared to previous XIAO boards.
With built-in hardware encryption, secure boot, and key storage ensure that your projects are protected. Fully compatible with the Arduino IDE, the XIAO RA4M1 offers an easy development experience, making it ideal for quick prototyping and project development. Whether you're building IoT devices, smart gadgets, or tricky embedded systems, this board gives you the power and flexibility you need in a tiny form.
