The Raspberry Pi has an HDMI connection to connect the microcomputer to your monitor or TV, which then passes both video and sound through to your display.

But which HDMI cable do you need for your Raspberry Pi?

If it's a Raspberry Pi 4 you'll need a micro-HDMI to HDMI cable as the Pi4 uses a micro HDMI connector. The Raspberry Pi 3/3B+ and Raspberry Pi 3A+ all use a standard HDMI connection, so a simple HDMI to HDMI cable is needed. The Raspberry Pi Zero requires a Mini-HDMI cable.
