RJ Cables
We offer a selection of RJ (Registered Jack) cables for maker projects, which are useful for providing wired internet connections, PoE and even some weather station systems.
The head honcho is the unmistakable RJ-45 cable, usually simply referred to as an "Ethernet cable" or "Patch cable". The RJ-45 is used for wired internet on pretty much every computing device, including the Raspberry Pi. It's also the cable used for PoE connections.
RJ-11 cables have grown in popularity in recent years too. Traditionally used for telephone cables, they've now found a place in the maker scene for use in weather stations, connecting the various sensors to a central hub.
