Standard Shipping Timescales

If your order is placed before 2pm (UK Time) Mon-Fri (excluding UK public holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve), we'll do our very best to ensure that it is shipped out to you on the same day.

We aim to ship any orders placed over the weekend on the Monday (unless it's a UK public holiday). There are some rare instances where this may not be possible though (during busy times such as new product launches). 

As soon as your order is picked, packed and shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation email, then it's over to our shipping partners to do their thing!

* Delivery Estimates - These are the delivery estimates provided by our shipping partners and apply from point of dispatch, not from point of sale. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot control any delays after that point.

** UK DHL Express does not deliver on weekends - UK DHL orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the Monday (i.e. next working day). If placed after 2pm on a Friday, they may not leave our warehouse until Monday (to be delivered Tuesday). We do not dispatch orders over weekends.

DAP (Duties At Place) – International Orders

All orders sent outside of the UK are shipped on a DAP (Duties At Place) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty and taxes which is charged on the value of the purchase. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Brexit / EU Changes

As of January 2021 the UK is no longer part of the EU (due to Brexit). This means that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to local tax and/or customs import duty (depending on what country you are in).

Our store prices include UK VAT at 20%, however if you are shopping with us from outside the UK, these VAT charges are removed during the checkout process (after you confirm your delivery address).
