RS485 Breakout Board for XIAO and QT Py

This breakout board uses RS485 to let XIAO and QT Py boards communicate over a long distance, with a transmission distance of up to 1200 meters.

It is compatible with 5V and 12V power supplies and has two 3-pin terminals for both signal wire and power.

Pinout

• 5V OUT/IN SWITCH: One is the input and output of the 5V port, when the slave sets the IN file, as the input, and when the host sets the OUT file, this port is discharged externally and can be connected to the sensor to the sensor power supply.

• 120R SWITCH: The 120R switch is used to determine whether the 120-ohm resistor is accessible or not. 485 needs to add a 120-ohm resistor at the beginning and end of long wiring environments to do the matching and ensure communication.

• INT: Reserved interrupt port.
