IMPORTANT! To use this WiFi adapter with Raspberry Pi OS, you will need to install a driver. This adapter will not automatically work without driver installation!

We have documented the installation process for you here.

Please note that this driver works as of 18/09/2023 however changes to Raspberry Pi OS or the driver repository are out of our control and may break at any time.

If the on-board WiFi antenna on your Raspberry Pi isn't giving you enough range, this dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz USB 2.0 WiFi adapter is a great option.

The adapter is dual-band meaning it can connect to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network, and supports the 802.11ac standard (3 times faster than 802.11n networks).

The USB 2.0 adapter features an LED status light.

Compatible with both the Raspberry Pi 4 and Raspberry Pi 3B+/3.

Raspberry Pi Dual-Band 5GHz/2.4GHZ USB WiFi Nano Adapter
Great addition to my Pi4 LibreElec install in a FLIRC case. The metal case was degrading the wifi signal just enough to cause some buffering, this little dongle gets the wifi antenna outside the case and it has solved the issue for me. I did not have to manually install the driver, the 6.2 kernel in the latest LibreElec has support for this chipset, so that was a nice surprise. Great service as ever from Pi Hut, thanks guys!!

Works great, no driver install necessary (using Ubuntu). I'd been struggling with WiFi signal strength since putting the Pi in a metal case, and this solved it nicely. Quick delivery too.

I bought this for my husband's PC (OS Windows 10) which wifi connection often fails. When plugged into the PC, the Wi-Fi adapter ran immediately and the PC hadn't drop the connection.
