The Raspberry Pi 500 Desktop Kit includes a Raspberry Pi 500 unit, bundled with official Raspberry Pi accessories to get you started:

All you need to add is an HDMI monitor, such as the 15.6" Raspberry Pi Monitor. If you're looking for something larger, we also stock a 21" traditional full-HD monitor.
Don't forget, the Raspberry Pi 500 also has an RJ45 Ethernet port, so grab an Ethernet cable if you plan to hard-wire your internet/LAN connection instead of using the onboard WiFi.

Raspberry Pi 500 is a fast, powerful computer built into a high-quality keyboard, for the ultimate compact PC experience.
It features the same quad-core 64-bit Arm processor and RP1 I/O controller found in Raspberry Pi 5, and 8GB RAM! With a one-piece aluminium heatsink built-in for improved thermal performance, your Raspberry Pi 500 will run fast and smoothly even under heavy load, while delivering glorious dual 4K display output.
Technical specifications aside, a few subtle changes have been made compared to Raspberry Pi 400 - such as the repositioned USB ports and new power button functionality which works the same as the Raspberry Pi 5 button. It's now also all-white - which we think looks dead smart!

Raspberry Pi 500 Desktop Kit
I am new to the Pi world and was pleasantly surprised how fast/easy it was to connect and start. Also the software supplied for free is outstanding. From programming to surfing the net or just using the Libre office suite for spreadsheets/word processing etc. Great value and fun. Thank you.

Having fun with my 500 which is a step up from the 400 I've previously used. Very easy to set up, nifty and it looks brilliant with the 15.6" full HD monitor I've also bought!

I’m not impressed. The original pi500 had a loose item inside, so I returned it. I returned it 11 days ago and still haven’t received a replacement. Despite chasing for an update I haven’t managed to get a reply from customer services for 6 days.

It is wonderful piece of kit. I will be learning python programming on it. The book is very well written, quite unlike many other guides. The PiHut team have produced a quality package and I am sure a lot of hard work went into the whole project.

It's a nice well put together little kit.
I thought that it was ideal as an introduction to the world of the Raspberry Pi, but it helped my understanding of how to do certain things in Linux that I was unsure about.
So it was certainly good value for money from my perspective.

Arrived day after ordering. Everything you need to get started, just add a monitor! Very pleased with performance and build quality. Using to learn Linux and micro Python for a Pi pico kit. Looking forward to getting into more Pi projects!
