The SupTronics X1012 NVMe + PoE Add-on for Raspberry Pi 5 combines 802.3af/at PoE (5V 5A output) with support for M.2 NVMe SSDs. Combine PoE and NVMe storage in a single, compact board.
The SupTronics X1012 NVMe + PoE Add-on is specifically designed to offer a reliable power source and enhance storage capabilities for Raspberry Pi 5.
This add-on provides your Raspberry Pi 5 with 802.3af/at PoE compatibility, with an output of 5V 5A. You will need a power-injected Ethernet line, from a PoE router, switch or separate PoE injector. There is also an aux power jack for 35V-57VDC input.
At the same time, it also provides the ability to mount an M.2 NVMe SSD for booting or storage. Despite the compact design, this add-on can accommodate various M.2 SSD lengths, including 2280, 2260, 2242, and 2230. It supports booting the operating system from your SSD, and the design is compatible with the Raspberry Pi Active Cooler.
