The Seeed XIAO nRF54LM20A is an ultra-low-power wireless dev board with BLE 6.0, Matter, Thread and Zigbee support, 28 GPIOs and integrated battery charging for compact IoT and edge sensing projects.
The SeeedXIAO nRF54LM20A is the latest ultra-low-power addition to the XIAO family, built around Nordic Semiconductor's nRF54LM20A SoC and paired with the nPM1300 PMIC for integrated battery charging and power regulation.
Designed for always-on IoT and edge sensing applications, it supports BLE 6.0, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, and proprietary 2.4 GHz connectivity up to 4 Mbps (not WiFi!), with a deep sleep current as low as 4.76µA and Ship Mode at 0.33µA. The board offers 28 GPIOs, USB-C, onboard battery charging, NFC, and an IPEX4 antenna connector for production-ready wireless designs.
