The SeeedXIAO nRF54LM20A is the latest ultra-low-power addition to the XIAO family, built around Nordic Semiconductor's nRF54LM20A SoC and paired with the nPM1300 PMIC for integrated battery charging and power regulation.
Designed for always-on IoT and edge sensing applications, it supports BLE 6.0, Matter, Thread, Zigbee, and proprietary 2.4 GHz connectivity (up to 4 Mbps), with a deep sleep current as low as 4.76µA and Ship Mode at 0.33µA. The board offers 28 GPIOs, USB Type-C, onboard battery charging, NFC, an IPEX4 antenna connector for production-ready wireless designs.
