The Olimex BB-L298 is a dual full-bridge driver with up to 2.5A and 7-40V working voltages, compatible with a wide range of microcontrollers.

It's great for driving robot gear motors with reverse functions. Status LEDs help to visualise both the power supply status and driver direction. The power connectors are spring-type for quick connections without the need for tools. Inductive load protection diodes are included onboard too.

Whilst this simple motor driver does not have a user guide, usage is a case of simple GPIO control and an example Arduino IDE script can be found in the OLIMEXINO-328 package, allowing you to use this with a range of development boards including the Arduino UNO.
