Enclosure for Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 (7")

Designed and manufactured right here in the UK, this enclosure is designed to fit the 7" version of the Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 whilst also mounting your Raspberry Pi 5 or Raspberry Pi 4, available in black or white.

The enclosure supports both landscape and portrait orientations with integrated cable management offering multiple cable exit points. It's also wall mountable, and includes a gap to ensure airflow from the rear of the case.

When used with a Raspberry Pi 5, the Pi 5 power button can be accessed by a rear power button extension. It's also compatible with the Raspberry Pi Active Cooler and most slim/short HATs - we'll continually update the HAT compatibility list further down the page (please send our support guys a message if you'd like them to check a specific HAT for fitment).

The enclosure has ventilation here, there and everywhere, ensuring your project stays at sensible temperatures. It also features easy release buttons on each side to open up the case.

Important notes

• Touch Display 2 and Raspberry Pi not included.
• Not compatible with the 5" Touch Display 2.
• You will need the original fixings and cables that came with the Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2 7" Display.
• Micro-HDMI cables are a very tight fit (a compromise at the design stage!), so this is best used as a standalone unit, not combined with HDMI monitors.

HAT Compatibility

Whilst the case should fit most slim/short HATs, some come in odd sizes with large connectors, so we'll maintain a list here of any HATs we test for customers.

The main issue with fitment appears to be the built-in standoffs attached to the display, which can get in the way. This restricts most HATs over 20mm high.
