The DDSM115 is a direct-drive servo motor made for easy and solid motion control. Its direct-drive mechanism provides a fast response without delays, making it ideal for projects needing precise control.
It has multiple operating modes, including current loop, position loop, and velocity loop. The design gives the motor smooth torque, steady speed, and accurate positioning without requiring an external reducer. Its speed can go as low as 1 RPM and can provide torque up to 2Nm.
The DDSM115 has a hall sensor to detect and measure the proximity, position, and speed of the motor. Only a one-channel RS485 bus is required to control multiple direct-drive servo motors at the same time. Its IP54 protection rating guards against dust and water, which lets the motor work nicely in conditions that can get a bit messy!
