The UGV Suspension is an all-metal suspension system designed for use with the DDSM115 hub motor and has high-strength springs that support loads up to 7.5 kg. Compact and easy to install, it simplifies UGV and AGV chassis design by reducing space requirements and making it more accessible for hub motor integration.
There are 20-series European standard T-nuts, allowing quick installation on aluminium profiles. For customisation, an open-source chassis model is available for secondary development, providing flexibility in design.
For advanced users, alignment of the suspension slots with chassis cutouts makes wiring simpler, and the open-source model can be adapted for 3D printing or sheet metal fabrication to meet specific project needs.
Note: This suspension does NOT come with the DDSM115 servo motor
