Well after our first power blip(microwave and oven clock blicking) the Pi she die. Flash card gone. I needed to buy one from Amazon. This happens, real concern and the reason for the 2 was that no matter how hard I tried I could not find any place on the Website to actually ask for help. Lot's of forums et-cetera, et-cetera but no real direct way to contact the Hut short of calling England from the US.
