Zooz 800-Series Z-Wave GPIO Module
Very good value way to get zwave into a Home Assistant set up on a Pi. I've got it working well with ZwaveJS-UI on a Rasp Pi4. You need to disable bluetooth first (so if you are using BT for another purpose on the pi maybe do a bit more research). It recommended a firmware update which also went very smoothly. PiHut was excellent as always with order receiving next day.
