The ShellyWave Plug LR UK is a Z-Wave Long Range (ZWLR) smart plugwith power metering that allows you to automate and remotely control any 3D printer, space heater, iron, TV, or any other connected electrical appliance at home with a power capacity of up to 3000W at 13A, whilst also monitoring their power usage - and now fully supports Z-Wave Long Range (ZWLR) for extended coverage and reliability.
Its LED indication ring keeps you informed about the current power consumption and the current state of the appliance (e.g. if overcurrent or overheating is detected). The LED mode can be changed, or disabled altogether, if you desire.
Extended wireless range! Up to 40 m indoors (Z-Wave Plus) with signal repeater functionality. ZWLR offers up to 80m indoor range but connects directly to the hub and does not act as a repeater.
Once installed, include it in your Z-Wave network (Z-Wave gatewayis required) and control it from anywhere using your smartphone or tablet. Shelly Wave devices work with over 4000 Z-Wave-certified devices and gateways.
To take advantage of the Z-Wave Long Range feature, you will need a Long Range compatible receiver - such as theHome Assistant ZWA-2.
