The M5Stack Module COMX NBIoT is a stackable multi-band NB-IoT wireless communication module, equipped with the SIM7020G communication module. The module supports PSMand eDRX low-power modes. It also has wide signal coverage, and compared to GSM, NB-IoT has strong signal gain, which enables the product to have wireless communication capabilities in locations such as basements.
The module comes with a DC power input, allowing it to be powered by an external power supply of 5 ~12V. For easy pin configuration, a DIP switch is used to set the pins. The SIM7020G module is an optimal solution for low-latency, low-power, and low-throughput applications, making it highly suitable for IoT applications such as smart meters, remote control, asset tracking, remote monitoring, telemedicine, and shared bikes.
