The Cardputer is a card-sized portable computer featuring the M5StampS3 mini development board at its core. This board is built around the ESP32-S3 chip, including a dual-core processor with Wi-Fi capabilities. It supports a variety of peripherals and sensors, making it highly suitable for applications in rapid functional verification, industrial control, and home automation.
It includes a 56-key keyboard and a 1.14" TFT screen, for easy data entry. The Cardputer has an SPM1423 digital MEMS microphone and a built-in speaker, providing functions like recording, wake-up calls, and audio playback. An infrared emitter gives you control of external devices such as TVs and air conditioners through infrared signals.
The Cardputer has an HY2.0-4P interface, which provides the connection of additional I2C sensors like temperature and humidity sensors, light sensors, and pressure sensors. A Micro SD card slot is available for storage expansion, allowing for the storage of program code, data files, images, audio, and other resources.
Included are two internal lithium batteries combining a 120mAh and a 1400mAh battery (in the base), providing long battery life. It also includes circuits for battery charging and voltage regulation to safeguard both the battery and the device. The base of the Cardputer contains a magnet for attachment to metal surfaces, and its design is compatible with Lego hole extensions.
Note: If you want to enter download mode, press and hold the G0 button on StampS3 before turning it on, then release it after powering it on.
