This base board for the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 gives your CM4 an Arduino Uno footprint with the same pin header layout and PCB size as the famous Arduino board.

The board supports a 5V DC power supply via the Type-C interface. There's a full-size HDMI interface, one CSI interface and one USB 2.0 interface. You'll also find an SD slot as well as a programmable LED (GPIO6), two user-programmable buttons (one of which can also be used as a reset button), a BOOT switch and solder jumpers for various settings.

You can also add an NVME SSD to this board using the M.2 interface on the underside of the PCB!

Compute Module not included!

Usage Tips

  • When powered on, do not plug and unplug any device except USB and HDMI
  • The Type-C interface can be used as a power supply or as a USB interface to burn images (use the BOOT switch)
  • In order to ensure the normal power supply to the CM4, please do not connect other devices when using the Type-C interface to burn the image
  • The minimum power supply should be 5V 2A (ideally use a 5V 3A power supply for headroom)
USB2.0 is closed by default, if you want to open it, you need to add dtoverlay=dwc2,dr_mode=host in config.txt

What's onboard

1) Power supply/burning interface - 5V/2A power supply, can also be used as an eMMC burning interface
2) USB 2.0 interface - supports various USB devices to be inserted
