Aluminium Armour - Heatsink Case for Raspberry Pi 4 Purple
Works brilliantly, exactly as advertised. My Pi4 now consistently runs 15-20℃ cooler under all conditions. Before using this case, under full CPU load my Raspberry Pi 4 would reach over 80℃ and redline, now I have not seen it go above 61℃ even with ambient temperatures in my room rising into the high 20's. It was easy to assemble too. I Highly recommend.

Aluminium Armour - Heatsink Case for Raspberry Pi 4 Red
As a heatsink, this case is very good. Even after a prolonged period of operation, the Pi stays just warm to the touch. However, only 4 stars because the case won’t allow a 40 pin ribbon plug to be used for GPIO access. Recommended though if you don’t need to breakout all 40 pins.

Good quality casting - the case to board gap is correctly sized for the various heat transfer pads. I didn’t try the camera port, so can’t comment on how well a camera connector fits.

Aluminium Armour - Heatsink Case for Raspberry Pi 4 Black
Purchased this heatsink to replace a very noisy fan. The case was easy to fit and came with extra pads. I am very pleased with the result, the pi 4 is consistently at a temp of 50 - 55C with a lower value if not being over pushed which is as good as the fan but no noise. I have the pi placed upright as suggested by David V and Graham T in their reviews and this gives a greater surface area to disperse the heat. The pi 4 is running MotionEye 24/7 monitoring two outside cameras over ethernet.

Aluminium Armour - Heatsink Case for Raspberry Pi 4 Black
I bought this heat sink to replace a very noisy fan. I am very pleased with the purchase, it was easy to fit and is keeping my pi 4 consistently between 50 & 55 C (and lower when there is less processing going on). I have put it on its side as suggested by David V in his review which I think has made a big difference. The pi is running Motioneye 24/7 monitoring two cameras. I would highly recommend this product. It is nice to have a quiet room again!
