The SenseCAP S2107 is a LoRaWAN®-enabled wireless temperature sensor designed for industrial-grade monitoring across a wide range of environments. It supports direct contact temperature measurement using highly accurate PT1000 probes, which cover a sensing range from -50°C to 300°C. The unit supports up to three PT1000 sensors (one included) simultaneously via a three-wire interface, making it a flexible option for applications requiring multiple measurement points.
Built for harsh conditions, the sensor features an IP66-rated enclosure and can operate in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 85°C. This rugged design makes it suitable for industrial boiler systems, aquaculture, cold chain logistics, and food safety monitoring. The PT1000 probes enable reliable detection even in liquids or other demanding environments where precision and durability are critical.
Wireless data transmission is handled via LoRaWAN®, with a range of up to 2 km in urban areas and 10 km in open line-of-sight conditions. The S2107 is battery-powered using a standard ER34615 Li-SOCl₂ cell, with a battery life of up to 10 years depending on usage. It supports over-the-air updates and configuration via built-in Bluetooth and the SenseCAP Mate app, making installation and maintenance simple and fast—no cables, no soldering, and no downtime.
The sensor is fully compatible with a wide range of LoRaWAN® gateways and frequency plans (863–928 MHz), and can be integrated into networks like The Things Network, Loriot, and Chirpstack. For full control and remote management, the SenseCAP Portal and mobile app offer tools for setup, data access, and configuration, including APIs for integration with external systems.
Reliability has been tested through six environmental and performance tests, including waterproofing, freezing, and long-range communication, ensuring dependable operation throughout its lifecycle.

The frequency plan setting is none by default, and it will not transmit RF signal until it has been set by the app via Bluetooth at the first power-up. And it can be changed to other frequency plans at any time.
