ThirdReality Smart Water Leak Kit KM1

The ThirdReality Smart Water Leak Kit KM1 allows you to monitor three areas for leaks and water escape, including a central controller and three leak sensors - all communicating via Matter-over-Wi-Fi.

The three sensors are pre-bound to the main controller, and remain connected up to 100m (in open areas - your mileage may vary!). Each sensor is IP65 rated, with top drip sensors and bottom water sensors, and are powered with 2x AAA batteries (batteries not included. You'll need six batteries - two for each sensor).

The main controller is powered via USB-C (5V 500mA) - a short USB-A to USB-C cable is included, and can be used to power the controller from a USB port or your host device. It includes a 100dB audio alarm, which can be muted using the side switch if you'll monitor alerts via your home automation system.

You can add the sensors to most popular Matter-ready smart home hosts, including Home Assistant. No additional hardware is required, just a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi connection to your host device. Check the manual for further details.
