The ShellyWave i4 DC is a 4-digitalinputs module (5-24 V DC) that controls other devices within your Z-Wave network. It allows you to manually activate or deactivate any created scene, run synchronized actions, or execute complex trigger scenarios.
Unlike the Shelly Plus i4, this DC version is engineered specifically for lower-voltage DC currents of 5-24V.
You can use it to control other Z-Wave devices within your network with one push of a button. Due to its retrofit design, it is small enough to fit behind every wall switch.
The Wave i4 DC can show the status and control the action of four inputs, offering maximum convenience by enabling manual control of your smart home to all family members.
Different types of actions, scenarios, and schedules can be set to sync your environment to your daily activities or business needs, via the Shelly smart home ecosystem, including the Shelly Smart Control app - or link it with a popular home automation software such as Home Assistant via a Raspberry Pi!

Shelly Wave i4 DC is retrofit and designed to fit behind some switches or sockets. Once installed, include it in your Z-Wave network (Z-Wave gateway is required) and control it from anywhere using your smartphone or tablet. Do not connect the device to appliances exceeding the given max load.
Use the device only with a power grid and appliances which comply with all applicable regulations. Short circuit in the power grid or any appliance connected to the device may damage the device.
Before starting, wire check that the breakers are turned off and there is no voltage on their terminals. This can be done with a phase meter or multimeter. When you are sure that there is no voltage, you can start wiring the cables.
