The Shellyi4 Gen3 is a smart device that lets you easily control various devices and scenes in your home (no relays, inputs only). When placed behind a switch, you can instantly set the mood for movie night or turn off all the lights in your house from one convenient location.
Now even more powerful, it’s equipped with our own Shelly chip and quickly executes commands and sends notifications for various actions. You can use Shelly i4 Gen3 to control other Shelly relays, sensors, or devices controlled via HTTP and MQTT. Compact enough to fit behind some wall switches, Shelly i4 Gen3 can display status and control actions for up to four inputs.
Different types of actions, scenarios, and schedules can be set to sync your environment to your daily activities or business needs, via the Shelly smart home ecosystem, including the Shelly Smart Control app - or link it with a popular home automation software such as Home Assistant via a Raspberry Pi!
Shelly i4 Gen3 is an ideal companion for the Shelly Wall Switch 4 for Smart Relays, featuring a 4-button design. Each button can trigger up to 4 different actions, allowing one switch to activate and execute up to 16 scenes. With its compact size and simple wiring, the Wall Switch easily fits into any existing switch console. No need to expand the wall space or modify the wiring!

Do not connect the device to appliances exceeding the given max load.
Use the device only with a power grid and appliances which comply with all applicable regulations. Short circuit in the power grid or any appliance connected to the device may damage the device.
Before starting, wire check that the breakers are turned off and there is no voltage on their terminals. This can be done with a phase meter or multimeter. When you are sure that there is no voltage, you can start wiring the cables.
