The QRCode Unit is a simple yet effective scanning device, combining a CMOS QR code capture engine with a 640 x 480 resolution and a bus conversion MCU (STM32F030). It includes a switch for alternating between I2C and UART communication interfaces.
This unit can read three common types of QR codes and eight types of one-dimensional barcodes. It features a firmware upgrade interface for added convenience. It has a scan trigger button, a buzzer, and LED lights, which help in indicating different states and assist in scanning.
You can set up the unit to work in either an automatic continuous trigger mode or a manual trigger mode, based on their needs. It's a practical tool for areas like logistics, retail, and manufacturing, where barcode scanning is a regular activity.
Note: To switch to UART serial communication mode, ensure the device is powered off, and toggle the mode switch to the UART serial position. Then, press and hold the TRIG button for 2 seconds while powering on until the device completes startup to successfully switch to UART serial communication mode.
