The CoreS3-Lite is an ESP32-S3 IoT controller with 16MB Flash, 8MB PSRAM, 2.0" capacitive IPS display, 0.3MP camera, proximity/light sensor, 9-axis IMU, audio with dual mics and speaker, microSD slot, 200mAh LiPo, and magnetic back cover.
The M5Stack CoreS3-Lite is a programmable IoT controller with a wide range of built-in features. At its core, it runs on the ESP32-S3 with a 240 MHz dual-core processor, 16 MB of Flash memory, and 8 MB of PSRAM.
On the front, it has a 2.0" touchscreen display, a 0.3 MP camera, and a light/proximity sensor. These work together to support basic face detection and recognition features.
Inside, it includes motion sensors (a 6-axis IMU and a 3-axis magnetometer) for interaction, along with a power management chip and a real-time clock that allow power monitoring and timed wake-ups.
For audio, the device features a 16-bit amplifier with a 1W speaker, plus a two-way audio system with dual microphones for clearer sound input and output.
It also comes with a 200 mAh LiPo battery and a magnetic back cover, making it simple to mount or attach. Example uses include smart-home control, desktop robot companions, and more.
A slot for a microSD card is onboard for development and data storage.
