The I2C HD44780 LCD Display provides a simple and reliable way to add clear text output to your projects, with an onboard I2C adapter, Qwiic connectivity, and adjustable contrast for easy integration.

This LCD display with HD44780 controller enables showing text, symbols, values, or any other information from your main microcontroller board.

An I2C LCD adapter is already soldered to the screen, allowing simple communication over the I2C bus. You can easily connect it through the I2C header pins or, even better, via the Qwiic connector for a plug-and-play experience. A variable potentiometer on the back lets you easily adjust the display contrast for perfect visibility.
