This HAT for the Raspberry Pi provides your project with RS485 and CAN communication functionality.
Offering a 1-channel CAN and 2-channel RS485, the HAT can convert SPI to CAN and SPI to RS485. The onboard power conversion circuit supports a wide 8-28V power supply and can also power the Raspberry Pi at the same time. There's also unibody power supply isolation providing stable isolated voltage - no additional power supply is required for the isolated terminal.
Connections are handled via removable block connectors which make for more robust and convenient connections, with SPI pins for connecting with other host control boards.
The HAT also features an onboard resettable fuse, protection diodes, ADI magnetical isolation and an onboard TVS.
