This board has an ESP32-S3R8 Xtensa 32-bit LX7 dual-core processor that operates up to 240MHz and has 16MB Flash, 8MB PSRAM and an SD card slot. It supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5 (LE) with an antenna, and there is a 24-pin camera connector on the board that works with OV2650, OV5640 and other cameras (If you select the camera option, there is an OV5640 camera that comes with the board).

On the back of the board, you'll find a colourful 2" IPS touch display with 262K colours, a wide viewing angle and a 240 x 320 resolution. This is powered by the ST7789T3 display driver and CST816D capacitive touch chip, using SPI and I2C. You'll also find a 3.7V MX1.25 Lithium battery charger header and a USB-C port for power supply, program downloading, and debugging.

Two variants are available - Board Only, or With OV5640 Camera. Please select an option before adding it to your cart!

You can find the non-touch version here.

Please note: this board uses a tiny MX1.25 connector for LiPo power. Most LiPo batteries on the market (including ours) use a larger JST fitting. We do not yet stock batteries with an MX1.25 connector, however, you can customise your battery with one of our 1.25mm pitch cables to make a compatible battery yourself (assuming you have the ability, knowledge and tools to do this safely). If you want to source your own battery to fit inside the case, a battery size of 3.85 x 24 x 28 mm is recommended.
