The 16x2 LCD Display with pre-soldered header is an easy-to-use HD44780 compatible character display, ideal for standalone electronics projects.
Featuring 16 characters across 2 rows, a blue background with white text, and a convenient pre-soldered header, it's ready for breadboarding straight out of the box. The display includes a low-power LED backlight, supports custom characters, and can be controlled using as few as six digital I/O pins. A contrast adjustment potentiometer is also included for quick setup.

Up to 8 extra characters can be created for custom glyphs or 'foreign' language support
