This 2-way 18650 battery holder is easy to use and can accommodate two 18650 batteries.

It features two charging input ports, micro-USB and USB-C, and two output ports: USB interface output and port output.

It supports 5V/2A and 3.3V/1A output, with five 5V output ports, five 3.3V output ports, and one USB output (5V).

The module has overcharge and over-discharge protection to effectively prolong the lifespan of the 18650 batteries. This new version also includes battery reverse connection protection and an acrylic bottom board.

The reverse connection protection prevents the module from being damaged due to battery reverse connection, and the acrylic bottom board prevents short circuit and damage caused by improper use or placement.

Combining with 18650 batteries, this module provides a convenient power supply for micro-devices and can be used for outdoor devices or DIY as a mobile power source for smart cars.

This battery holder can be used as a power source for microcontrollers, outdoor equipment and other low-power devices.

Note: The maximum current is 3A (however 3A should be considered a temporary peak current only), the output also depends on the quality of the 18650 battery. Avoid using batteries from different brands and try to ensure that the voltage of the two batteries is similar.

Interface

The module is controlled by buttons. Pressing the button lightly will turn it on. In the on state, pressing the button twice within 1 second will turn it off.

The DIP switch can be used to switch between HOLD mode and NORMAL mode. In NORMAL mode, the module will automatically shut down if the output current is too low. In HOLD mode, it will continue to output until the over-discharge protection is triggered.

LED1, LED2, LED3, and LED4 indicate the current battery level. They will flash when charging and stop flashing when the battery is fully charged.

2-Way 18650 Battery Holder
Nice neat package to use as a ups or power source for an off grid project. Has micro usb or C inputs, and usb output or solderable 5/3.3 rails on the sides for a more permanent connection. Comes with stand-offs for mounting also.

2-Way 18650 Battery Holder
I agree with the previous reviewers. This is a neat, robust, package for powering off-grid projects. The project I'm working on uses a ESP8266 which spends most of its time in deep sleep. This means I have to put the Normal/Hold switch in the hold position which illuminates the charge LEDs; these consume more power than the ESP8266. With nothing connected and the switch in the hold position the two batteries are exhausted in 36hours. A single 18650 battery hardwired to my project will power it for 72 to 96 hours. It would be better if the LEDs were only activated by pressing a button. The 2-Way 18650 Battery Holder is great for powering a Raspberry Pi or a ESP8266 running 100% of the time but is inefficient for powering low power projects.

2-Way 18650 Battery Holder
Perfect power source for esp32 project. Multiple 3.3v and 5v output on the pcb and can even charge the 18650 cells via usb. Just add your own 18650 cell. Excellent, very happy with this item for the price.

2-Way 18650 Battery Holder
Works well but they really need to add reverse polarity protection. These batteries can be pretty feisty!
