Since way back in 2012 with the very first Raspberry Pi, users have complained about cables coming out of every direction of the board - making it messy when trying to create a tidy desk or media setup.
This multifunctional IO adapter for Raspberry Pi 5 (and Raspberry Pi 4) aims to solve those problems, redirecting your micro-HDMI and power ports to the same edge as the USB ports. It also upsizes your micro-HDMI ports to the full-size variety, which many users prefer for robustness, and includes mounting holes fixing to your own enclosure design (get those 3D printers out!).
The adapter also provides a pluggable screw terminal power supply input option, allowing you to use your own regulated 5V power source, along with a 5V/GND breakout and two UART ports with cables.
