This 1m USB-A Male to USB-A Male cable is designed for specific host-to-device connections where both ends require a standard USB Type-A male plug. It follows the USB 2.0 specification, while also maintaining compatibility with USB 1.1 devices.

Typical uses include connecting a USB peripheral with a Type-A port (such as certain external enclosures or development boards) to a computer or hub with a standard USB-A port. This cable supports data transfer and is suitable for use in controlled setups where both devices are designed for this type of connection.

We also stock a USB 3.0 version.

Please note: This cable is not suitable for host-to-host connections (such as linking two computers directly), as doing so can damage your equipment. Always ensure your devices are designed to accept USB-A to USB-A data connections before use.
