This ToF (Time of Flight) sensor measures depth and distance by using the time that it takes for photons to travel between two points, from the sensor’s emitter to a target and then back to the sensor’s receiver. It has a measuring range from 0.02 to 7.8 meters with an accuracy of ±4 cm. The sensor uses UART, I/O and I2C communication connections, giving you flexibility with different projects.
Its narrow field of view improves light interference tolerance, so you can use it both indoors and outside. With an ambient light tolerance of up to 100,000 lux, you can use it in bright areas and it will still get the job done!
Note: The USB TO TTL is recommended for easy testing.
