Status Board
Excellent product, great for checking on status of servers and projects to make sure they are online. Even better when you add the buttons and can act on any failures or red lights. Recommended for anyone who needs to monitor server's.

I somply love the PCB design on this one. Gold on black writing. Also very useful with my Raspberry Pi cluster to see what services are up or down.

Status Board
This is a helpful niche product. It simplifies setting up a status board, obviously, but also gives you the chance to set up multiple items with push button functionality. Imagine setting up multiple Alexa-type buttons, to order stuff. Or use it to send a text to 5 different family members. Or set up visual indication of when family members completed chores. You could use it to reboot various somethings. Use the green/red LEDs to show status of 5 networks, servers or other devices. If any button goes red, either your code could automatically reboot the item, or wait for you to push the button to reboot it. You'd need to connect to a wifi outlet with IFTTT, or something similar, to perform the actual rebooting.
I'd love to see the next level for this. StatusBoard Pro, I'd call it. It would have individually addressible screens, or portions of the same screen. The buttons would be touch. The LEDs would be part of the screen. Or maybe this is just a 3.2" touchscreen that I'm imagining. The advantage of the StatusBoard, for me, is that the coding is simpler, or at least I imagine it to be. This item is very accessible. It's simple, and so the confidence level is high, compared to laying out a touchscreen interface.
So far, I'm waiting for buttons to arrive on the slow boat from China. I ordered multiple kinds, sight unseen, with the hope that one of my options is acceptable. I need the pins to fit in the tiny holes, for all 5 buttons to fit, for them to be sturdy, and yet be easy to press. While I wait, I'm testing the lights, including using PWM to pulse the lights. The example code made it easy to start the pulsing, but it couldn't turn the LEDs off once they started pulsing. So I had to do a little research to figure that out.

Status Board
...fits perfectly on this HAT. Will there be rain tomorrow? Will there be pastries in the canteen this friday? Are my servers online?
And then there's the Python library. Your barely need to know Python to utilize it.
I can haz many lights. Such status. Etc.
