Very good for simple applications that don’t require much torque.

Small Reduction Stepper Motor - 5VDC 32-Step 1/16 Gearing
Just what I needed and with the usual super-prompt delivery from PiHut. I'm using these as 4-wire bipolar having discovered they can be easily modified which has simplified the electrical scheme for me.

Small Reduction Stepper Motor - 5VDC 32-Step 1/16 Gearing
I got it working with the PiStep2 with zero issues. I've yet to check if it puts out the torque I need, but I'm happy with it so far.

Motor - 5VDC 32-Step 1/16 Gearing
Following the Adafruit's references was very easy to check the correct functioning interfacing the step motor with a L293D chip and the chip with the RPi3' GPIO.
Having already installed the Rpi.GPIO Library I have only downloaded the stepper.py python script from the reference web address to start the test.
All can be completed very quickly.
