This ESP32-S3 development board has the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N16R8 module onboard, providing excellent computational power and wireless communication for your robot. The board includes a 4-channel 2.5A DC motor driver, so you won't need an extra motor driver board, making your project setup easier. It also comes with an OV2640 camera that has a 2-megapixel resolution and a 68° field of view, supporting up to 1600 x 1200 resolution for clear visual input.
Inside the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1U-N16R8 module, you'll find 16MB Flash and 8MB PSRAM, providing plenty of storage for your code and data. The integrated ESP32-S3 chip improves the robot's neural network computation and signal processing abilities. The Romeo ESP32-S3 supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 (LE), making wireless control and image transmission much easier. You can program this board using various environments like Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, and MicroPython, allowing you to work with both C++ language and Python effortlessly.
