Just received this and set it up with RetroPie 4.6. The case itself is great. BE WARNED: The safe-shutdown scripts linked to in the instructions are out of date. Retroflag have let their GitHub scripts rot so you must install the updated ones from crcerror. I used this case as part of a build I was going for a buddy. It was fairly easy to instal although I couldn’t get the script work at all (maybe the image I was using) I finally got he safe shutdown to work but could not get the reset button to do anything. I’m still really happy with the results and my friend was really happy with his Pi. Also I didn’t realise it came with a controller, very nice good quality too. The whole product is of a high standard and look and feels great :+1:. Can wait to try out a GPi from Retroflag in the future.

More than happy with the snespi case only gripe was the screws were quite fiddly and stiff also ordered retropi gaming bundle the sd card that came with it should have had noobs preinstalled and it was blank luckily I'd done my research and was easily able to add it myself

Good solid case. Just wish it was a little higher to fit a DAC hat and a little cheaper. I don't see the point of the flip up tiny hatch. I won't buy another.

I bought this to use with RetroPie. The only problem I had was with the microSD card since I forgot to take it out before mounting the Raspberry Pi into the case and broke it in half accidentally (I suggest to remove the card beforehand). Other than that I love it! I had no trouble installing the script for save shutdown. Power and reset buttons also work great. I haven't tested the controller yet, since I already had 2x Buffalo classic SNES controllers.

Love this as a retro case but it is also just a very good case on it's own. The switches together with the script make this a very useful RasPi case. So even if you are not going to use this for a RetroPie install consider it for the useful switches.
