The Raspberry Pi Camera Module 3 NoIR is the latest entry in the Official Raspberry Pi range of camera modules, offering a new 12 Megapixel Sony IMX708 image sensor, powered autofocus, improved low-light sensitivity and HDR (High Dynamic Range) support!
This NoIR version is infrared-sensitive with no InfraRed (NoIR) filter on the lens, which makes it perfect for shooting Infrared photography and taking pictures/video in low light (twilight) environments. For night photography, you'll need to flood the target with infrared light.
The new Camera Module 3 is available with a standard 75° or wide-angle 120° lens (select version before adding to cart), giving you more options for your specific project needs. We also have a standard version which is better suited for daylight photography.
The module is capable of 4608x2592 pixel images and 4608x2592 @14 FPS/2304x1296 @56 FPS/1536x864 @120FPS video. When HDR is enabled, the resolution is limited to 2304x1296 @ 30 FPS.
