DIY HDMI Cable Parts - Right Angle (R bend) HDMI Plug

I needed a short HDMI cable with a low profile right angled connector to fit a 5inch LCD display that had limited access in the enclosure I was fitting it in. Combined with HDMI Ribbon Cable & Straight HDMI Socket this proved the ideal solution and works perfectly. (all ready made cables were too thick and the connectors too bulky). One criticism of the website is that the photo's should make it clearer as to what "R bend" or "L bend" actually mean when viewing the wider part of the connector itself. If this is your first time using this type of connector there are a couple of things to note: 1. The black tabs on the ribbon cable connector needs to be pulled gently out. This is the retainer clip for the ribbon cable. 2. On looking at the ribbon cable the visible traces at the end of the cable need to be upwards. 3. Push the cable gently into the connector 4. Gently push the retaining clamp back into the connector on the pcb. Done

Just the job, Used to connect HDMI between PiZero and 4in HDMI touchscreen. Works a treat.
