This fantastically festive kit is a fun way to celebrate the Christmas season whilst working on your micro:bit coding skills at the same time.

The kit includes our Rainbow LED Christmas tree for micro:bit AND our Snowflake Buzzer for micro:bit PLUS a handy pack of crocodile clips for connecting the boards to your micro:bit!

Both boards have easy-to-use crocodile clip connections just like the micro:bit, making it easy to set up and start coding using Microsoft MakeCode.

Use the Snowflake buzzer to code Christmas jingles (such as jingle bells!), or use the tree to code your own blinky festive decoration, cycling through whatever colours or patterns you choose.

micro:bit not included! We also sell the tree and snowflake separately.

Hardware Connections

  • Connect the black crocodile clip to the GND port of the micro:bit and the other side to the 'G' port of the tree or snowflake
  • Connect the red crocodile clip to the 3V port of the micro:bit and the other side to the 'V' port of the tree or snowflake
  • Connect the yellow crocodile clip to the 0 port of the micro:bit and the other side to the 'S' port of the tree or snowflake
