The M5Stack Chain ToF is a Chain-series laser distance sensor with a VL53L0C ranging module, measuring 3–200cm with ±3% accuracy. It supports UART daisy-chaining via dual HY2.0-4P ports for easy expansion in interactive projects.
The M5Stack Chain ToF is a laser ranging sensor node in the M5Stack Chain series, built for short-range, non-contact distance measurement and proximity detection. It integrates a VL53L0C laser ranging module, offering a measurement range of 3 to 200cm with ±3% accuracy, making it ideal for detecting objects and measuring distances in compact projects.
The module is powered by an STM32G031G8U6 MCU and communicates using a UART daisy-chain protocol. With two HY2.0-4P expansion ports, it can be easily linked with additional Chain series devices to create richer, more interactive applications.
