The BitForge Nano Ghost Edition is a compact, open-source 2.6 TH/s home Bitcoin miner designed for efficient home or office operation, and can be configured for solo mining or pool mining.

Engineered in Germany and completely refined by I Am GPIO, it combines dual BM1370 ASIC chips with a refined industrial design, including a custom-designed extruded aluminium case and purpose-built heatsink to deliver strong performance, excellent cooling, and quiet operation in a stylish, space-friendly form.

Also featuring remote controllable internal LED’s and a smoked glass viewing window which allows a glimpse at The Ghost of Satoshi. You can change the lighting colours, lighting effects, dim it or switch it off entirely, depending on your chosen lighting mode/settings. This is all controlled via the included remote control.

The BitForge Nano comes with a 12V 8A power supply, however you will need to supply your own IEC (kettle-style) cable. We stock options for the UK, EU and US.

Designed for Real-World Mining

With an out-of-the-box hashrate of ~2.6 TH/s, the BitForge Nano Ghost Edition brings meaningful mining power to hobbyists and enthusiasts alike, while still prioritising energy efficiency and ease of use, as well as outstanding good looks.

Integrated Wi-Fi connectivity and a clean, display-free interface managed via ForgeOS make setup and operation simple. Open-source hardware and firmware mean full transparency and community-driven improvements. The BitForge Nano platform is an open source project and details can be found on Github.

Built for Continuous, Always-On Operation

Unlike industrial miners designed for datacentres, the BitForge Nano is intended to run continuously in real living and working environments. Its thermal design, airflow path, and acoustic profile have been carefully considered to support long-term, always-on operation without intrusion.

Running costs

It’s a low-power miner (around ~40W typical). That’s similar to a small light bulb or a couple of monitors. Your exact cost depends on your electricity rate.

  • A rough idea for the UK crowd (based on £0.25p per kw/h):
  • £0.25/1000 = £0.00025 (this is the cost of electric per watt per hour in the UK)
  • £0.00025 x 40(w) = £0.01

That works out at £0.01 per hour (a penny!) based on £0.25 per kw/h.

Lithium Battery Shipping: Due to courier restrictions, this product can only be shipped within the United Kingdom. With this item in your cart, your shipping options will be limited and may cost more than our usual rates. Why?
