The Arduino Nano Screw Terminal Adapter gives you reliable, clearly-labelled terminal blocks for your IO connections, great for semi-permanent projects, or project builds with some movement where jumper wires just won't do. The Nano header allows you to switch between the various Nano family boards without soldering while leaving the rest of your project intact.
Whilst the aim of the game here is reliable connections without soldering, there is a small 9x8 2.54mm prototyping area for soldering components for your project, just a handy little extra if you want to use it.
