The included Pure Power AA / HR6 lithium-ion batteries offer high energy density and long runtimes, making them well suited to devices with continuous or heavy power requirements such as LED torches, headlamps, toys, and wildlife cameras. Compared to alkaline batteries, they can deliver significantly longer runtime, and they continue to perform reliably even in low temperatures. With very low self-discharge, they retain their charge well when not in use, and their lightweight design makes them a practical alternative to traditional battery types.
Each battery includes integrated protection circuitry to guard against overcharging, overload, short circuit, and deep discharge, helping to ensure safe operation and a longer service life. The batteries support a maximum continuous discharge current of 2A and operate across a wide temperature range from -20°C to +60°C.
The included charging module is specifically designed for Ansmann 1.5V Li-ion batteries, providing a straightforward way to power and monitor charging. The batteries manage the charging process themselves, while the module supplies power and displays charge status via an LED indicator. Charging is handled via USB-C, offering a modern and flexible connection.
This set includes four Pure Power AA / HR6 Li-ion batteries (3500mAh, minimum 3250mAh), along with the charging module and a USB-C to USB-C cable, providing a complete solution for high-performance portable power.
Please note these batteries can only be recharged using the Ansmann AA Charging Module charger and are not compatible with other battery chargers.
