This is a common cathode 60mm x 60mm RGB Dot Matrix display with an 8x8 LED layout.
The versatile colour display options make this dot matrix suitable for applications such as clocks, counters, signage and more. You'll need an LED matrix driver/IC to drive it from your microcontroller, and remember this is an RGB matrix so you have 3x the LEDs/colours to drive (the popular MAX7219 isn't ideal for this unless you're happy just running one colour).
This is a big ol' matrix so you won't be able to use this in a single standard breadboard, you'll need to join two together and straddle them with the matrix.
Ratings are per LED in the matrix, not per row:
Colour component | Red | Green | Blue |
Wavelength (nm) | 625 | 520 | 470 |
Luminous intensity (mcd) | 70 | 90 | 18 |
Forward current (mA) | 15 | 10 | 10 |
Forward voltage range (V) | 1.8-2.6 | 2.7-3.4 | 2.7-3.4 |
