The ReSpeaker Lite comes with a pre-soldered XIAO ESP32S3 controller via I2S pins, providing an easy and solder-free setup to simplify your development and integration process.
Equipped with a dual microphone array, the ReSpeaker Lite does a great job with capturing far-field speech and voice up to 3 meters away, even in noisy environments. The two digital microphones work together to cancel out point noise, providing clear voice capture from a distance. For power and data transmission, there is a USB-C connector on the board.
Powered by the XMOS XU-316 AI sound and audio chip, this kit supports onboard AI algorithms for Natural Language Understanding (NLU). It also has Interference Cancellation, Acoustic Echo Cancellation, Noise Suppression, and Automatic Gain Control (AGC) which helps provide great voice recognition and clarity.
It is fully compatible with open-source platforms like Arduino, PlatformIO, MicroPython, and CircuitPython, giving you endless possibilities for further development in many projects!
If you'd like to add a speaker to the board to listen to anything you've recorded, click here to find one in our shop. We also stock the Seeed DIY case for ReSpeaker Lite!
