These are ace. Lightweight, easy to handle, and you can turn one long bolt straight through them. I use them for attaching little TFT screens to the inside of clear project box lids without causing additional strain on the board.

Exactly as described. I ended up trimming the threads on some of these with a Stanley knife so that they fitted in a M2.5x4 hole and that was easy enough.
