This HAT for your Raspberry Pi supports GPS, BeiDou (BDS), GLONASS and QZSS systems, allows multi-system combined or single-system independent positioning.

The board offers fast positioning, high accuracy, and low power consumption, and supports AGNSS (Assisted GNSS), a technology that dramatically speeds up and improves satellite positioning by downloading critical orbital data via mobile networks or Wi-Fi rather than slow satellite links.

It has a built-in Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) for improved reception sensitivity, and built-in Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) Filter for enhanced noise reduction performance. There is a holder for an ML1220 rechargeable battery (battery not included - do not use single use batteries!), for preserving ephemeris information and hot starts. Four LEDs indicate the module operating status, and a standby mode switch.

The board comes with a separate GPS antenna (see images), riser GPIO header, Micro-USB cable and metal standoff fixings.

Raspberry Pi not included.
