Standard Shipping Timescales

If your order is placed before 2pm (UK Time) Mon-Fri (excluding UK public holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve), we'll do our very best to ensure that it is shipped out to you on the same day.

We aim to ship any orders placed over the weekend on the Monday (unless it's a UK public holiday). There are some rare instances where this may not be possible though (during busy times such as new product launches). 

As soon as your order is picked, packed and shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation email, then it's over to our shipping partners to do their thing!

* Delivery Estimates - These are the delivery estimates provided by our shipping partners and apply from point of dispatch, not from point of sale. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we cannot control any delays after that point.

** UK DHL Express does not deliver on weekends - UK DHL orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will be delivered on the Monday (i.e. next working day). If placed after 2pm on a Friday, they may not leave our warehouse until Monday (to be delivered Tuesday). We do not dispatch orders over weekends.

DAP (Duties At Place) – International Orders

All orders sent outside of the UK (excluding the EU, see IOSS section below) are shipped on a DAP (Duties At Place) basis and may be subject to local customs import duty and taxes which is charged on the value of the purchase.

Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer. You may be contacted by the delivery courier to pay VAT, duties, and/or handling fees before delivery.

IOSS Deliveries to Europe

As of 01/05/2025, we are now registered for the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. This means:

Orders €150 or Less

If your order is being delivered to an EU country and the total value (excluding shipping) is €150 or less, VAT is collected at checkout at your local VAT rate.

This helps avoid unexpected charges on delivery, as duties and VAT have already been taken care of through our IOSS registration.

You should not be charged VAT or admin fees when your parcel arrives. This applies only to orders shipped directly from the UK and valued at €150 or less before shipping.

We cannot merge multiple orders.

Orders Over €150

For EU orders over €150, the IOSS scheme does not apply. No VAT is collected at checkout.

VAT and any applicable duties will be collected by your local customs authority when the parcel arrives in your country. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the customer and is charged on the value of the purchase.
